Recruiting Translators | COLLABORATION IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES INTO ENGLISH

MGM Linguistic Solutions® is building a database of translators/proofreaders/collaborators for some of its current translation projects in the following language pairs:

Amharic > EN
Burmese > EN
Dravidian/Telugu> EN
Igbo> EN

To express your interest in collaborating with us, please send an email to [HIDDEN] with the subject line "Language > EN Translator/Proofreader". [Please note that in the Language field, you should insert your main source language.]

The email should include your:
- Updated English CV.
- Translation rates for long-term collaboration.
- Professional diplomas or certificates.
- Other languages you work on (if applicable).

Your English CV should include the following information:
· Full name (exactly as written in your national ID and/or passport)
· Country of residence
· Telephone/WhatsApp (if applicable)
· Email address
· Native language and target languages
· Professional diplomas, certificates, etc.
· Areas of specialization (medical, legal, IT, etc.)
· Translation experience
· CAT tools and DTP tools used

SUBSEQUENT COLLABORATION STEPS:
Our team will carefully review your CV and the information received from you to determine if your professional profile fits our company’s expectations and minimum requirements. If so, we will get back to you and ask you to digitally sign the following paperwork:

- Independent Contractor Agreement
- Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA)
- W8 Form (For US non-residents only) or W9 Form (For US residents)

After that, you will be required to email us the documents indicated below:

- Scanned copies of your academic diplomas and/or certificates.
- Scanned copy of your official national ID (both sides, if applicable) or passport.
- Your most up-to-date resume.

After completing all the required paperwork, you will be added to our pool of linguists in a queue for translation/proofreading requests.
