Mineke Foundation seeks to carry on the work of the Liberian Dabwe Wiah and his Dutch wife Mineke Muilerman (missing since the Liberian civil war) in Liberia. The Foundation was founded in 2009 by their daughter Tonia.
The Foundation focuses on the social and economic development of Dabwe Town, Liberia. Projects include: the renovation of the Damiefa primary school, a youth club, and vocational & entrepreneurial training for youth and women (currently: soap making and pastry/baking).
